Fermin Rocker was born on December 22nd, 1907. He was the son of Rudolf Rocker, the renowned anarchist leader. He was raised in the East End of London before WWI. Born in 1926. Zhugan is a veteran of the Second World War. After the war he studied at the Dnepropetrovsk Art College. Graduated from it in 1951.
