Veksler, Abram Iosifovich (Ukrainian), b. 1910

Born in Kitaigorod, Vinnitsa pr. (Ukraine), 1910. Studied at Odessa Art Institute/College 1931-36. Active in Odessa, Ukraine. Began exhibiting 1936.Taught at Kherson Art College 1936-40. Odessa Art College 1946-55.
